KHHI is always working relentlessly to bolstering its collection of mini versions and this is one of the fine additions to its small sized khukri knives that wud simply meet the standard and desire of many users. As per its name, “6 inch Jungle PLUS” is the advanced (modern) version of the traditional 6” Jungle (Sweet) that has been solidly crafted for heavy duty works by keeping the same required features in mind as a hardcore working knife. The blade is thick forged with a semi-fuller (for more strength and durability), with mirror polished finishing (to prevent rusting), fixed by a “Panawal” version handle system (Full flat tang with rivets for strength, stamina and status), having a vertical guard between the blade and handle (to always safe guard the holding hand within the handle’s portion) and with a Brown leather sheath (for smart look and strong fitting).
Here special attention is made on two things;
1) Butt Cap is rounded in upper portion so that it won’t dig (stab) in palm
2) Highly mirror polished is done (obviously we have retained the hardness) to completely prevent the blade from rusting.
6” Jungle PLUS mainly works (or is a must) for those who prefer an all rounder small size kukri knife (since it’s easier to carry and to work with) that is intended for all types of works - be it, REGULAR usage or HEAVY-DUTY works, NO PROBLEM at all.

I ordered a custom Jungle Plus with a 12” semipolished chisel tip 10mm blade, 6” handle, and Western Leather Sheath. It is perfect! Chose 6 inch blade as more mobile, though others may prefer longer blade for brush clearance, etc. Keep it on my desk for opening packages, breaking down boxes, whatever might be required. Full tang for strength. Blade of 5160 steel, holds edge only fairly well but toughest steel commonly available. Remember: "A dull knife can be sharpened, a broken knife is junk." Carved handle is handsome and holds grip well. I may not be a Gurkha, but I can't help smiling when I hold it. Graffiti in Afghanistan: "Gurkhas, why a big man with a frown is less scary than a small man with a smile."

I just wanted to send you a personal thank you for making my Khukuri. It is beautiful and I am very, very happy with it. It was very exciting to receive it especially since it arrived on my birthday! What great timing that was. I was very pleased to receive the bio-data sheet that gave me the details of the Kami (you) who created my knife.
You should be very proud of your skills and the work you do. (I am very proud to have one of your knives.) What you (and your fellow kamis) do is truly amazing, especially in this day and age of technology where everything is mass produced by machines.
It is amazing to hold my Khukuri and know that it is one of a kind; it has a character almost like a personality because it was created by hand. Just as no two fingerprints are the same my Khukuri is like no other, it is mine alone created by you - which makes it genuine, unique and very special to me.
Anyway, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how much I love my Khukuri and thank you for making it for me, so thank you so much!
I’m thinking of buying another knife in the future, maybe you could make it for me too. I wish I’d known that you can request a specific Kami to make your knives before I ordered the 6” Jungle Plus (Heavy Duty), that way I’d have a pair with matching maker’s mark.
I see that you specialise in Traditional, Army and Classic Khukuri. The next knife I’m looking at getting will be the “dbad Mission IV”, is that a model that you would be able to make? If it is, I will request that you make it for me when I place my order, if that would be alright with you.
