the famous Roman Gladius sword; legendary weapon of the Gladiators; remade
No empire was as great as the Roman Empire was. It's span was magnificent and it's warriors legandary. Their sword of choice, the Gladius, has gone down in history as one of the great weapons of war. A blade that has conquered more countries than any other. The Ceasars are no more. Now it's up to us to allow the legends of the past live on in a modern personal defense blade that will shake the bones of the Legionnaires who lived before us.
What’s so special about the blade?
Using 22 inches of hand hammered 52100 steel, the 8mm thick stock is pounded into an amazing high polished fighting tool, ready for any enemy and the 15 inch blade will have no problems securing your victory.
What's the grip?
Using Rosewood scales was an absolute must. The grip is suitable for even the biggest of hands and though it is a true full tang, it is created with historic artistry.
The build wouldn't be complete without a scabbard built for a Roman Gladiator. Hand crafted leather is formed to perfection in classic styling complete with removable frog.
