Thick Boy
I've had this for a few weeks now, I wanted to run it through it's paces before leaving a review. First off, it's superb in esthetics, slight blemish is the blade but that's the nature of hand forged sometimes, it has no effect on its performance or structural durability. Aside from that everything is pristine, handle is smooth, geometry is on point, the scabbard is snug without rattle but not difficult to use. One of the first things that sticks out is the girth of the spine, I didn't realise how big it was going to be until I got it in my hands, but the grip is easy to hold onto and not oversized, I dont have big hands, I'd say normal, I wear large sized work gloves. It's very well balanced, I swung it around a bit getting a feel, chopped into some tree limbs, no chipping no bends or folds, I'm thoroughly surprised of the level of quality especially for the cost, so impressed that I've already ordered 2 more knives, which I'm expecting to be of just high quality.

perfect for it's intended use I believe
Dear Mr. Saroj Lama Tamang,
Today my KHHI Mini Prince, (Made by Krishna Magar) delivered, and I must tell you that I am indeed delighted and VERY impressed with the quality of this knife!
I live in Cornelia, Georgia, USA and have access to the Appalachian mountains and woods for camping and hiking, and this blade will immediately go to the front of my EDC, "Wood's Carry" blades. I have been, working with knives since I was 8 years old, and I am now 73 and this is one of the nicest blades I have ever handled. Light and fast but superbly strong. It falls just in the right, "Sweet Spot" of large enough to do woods chores and agile enough for lighter duty. I both purchase custom knives occasionally and I am even capable of producing my own custom knives, (Although only at an Amateur level) but I deeply know blades and especially the steels and tempering involved. This knife steel is perfect for it's intended use I believe. Again, my many thanks for your product and Mr. Magar's effort. I will be showing this to my Knife Buddies and you could very well be getting new orders for this Mini Prince!
Look for future orders coming in from Georgia, USA!
Best regards, Jerry C. Reich

Very Nice for the price!
First off the blade came well packaged and oiled. Upon inspection there are many imperfections on handle and the grind lines on the blade aren't perfectly symmetrical. The micarta seems to be made of burlap or some type of fabric with large gaps and is crude but very functional. The edge came mediocre sharp at about 50 degrees inclusive, if you read their sharpness description this adds up. I added a sharpening choil and changed the angle to 40 degrees, the steel can hold a very sharp edge with some work. The default sheath has a good fit and retention. Some Obenaufs leather lp goes a long way for the sheath and to prevent rust on the blade . Overall if you're looking for a blade made with no defects and perfect symmetry or a safe queen, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a user that you can beat on and takes a ton of abuse, this is a great option for the price, especially being hand made.
