Announcing the start of KHHI's Exclusive "Warrant Card"

Hello and Namaste friends, By now KHHI Nepal has become a brand name that is synonyms to High Quality Khukuri and Knives meant for all walks of life. To further boost its image and to give utmost confidence and satisfaction to all buyers KHHI has officially started "Exclusive Lifetime Warranty" for each product w.e.f. 1st Aug 2016. This one-of-a-kind warranty means we take our quality VERY seriously. Now, buying Genuine Gurkha Kukri knives with Full Refund facility is available only at Khukuri House.

Now you will NOT only feel confident and safe to buy from us but you will also take pride to own a KHHI's product. This card will also completely differentiate KHHI from the herd who tries to fake people by imitating us - that is anything from our name to product to our write ups. The introduction of Warranty Card is one of the most significant steps taken by KHHI to boost its image, quality, goodwill and to bring the highest degree of faith and confidence in the market.

Each and every product/s is tested over many times before they are finally passed/ approved for shipping/selling. Hearty congratulations on the ownership. This is a card issued for your sales (see invoice in email).Your warranty # is stated in the last page. This card must be shown/ produced at the time of claim (proof of purchase). Products must have KHHI's official Trademark.

Full refund within 1 week from delivery date

• Refund Warranty will be valid for 1 week from delivery date
• Contact KHHI prior to shipping back
• You must ship back the product/s to KHHI or its agent in your country (if available)
• KHHI will refund within 2-3 days from the delivery date.
• Write to us in written why you refused/dislike the product/s.

Replacement within 1 year from delivery date

• "Replacement Warranty" will be valid for 1 year from delivery date 
• Contact KHHI prior to shipping.
• You must ship back (pay your shipping) the product/s back to KHHI (Nepal)
• Products must be shipped back in the exact state of the damaged condition.
• KHHI will replace within 5-7 days from the delivery date and ship back
• Write to us in written reason for sending back
• Warranty will be void if the damage is occurred from abuse if thrown, hit in metallic surfaces, OR if it’s damaged intentionally, by sheer negligence, self-repairing, used in extreme temperature and/or used in water/wet conditions.

Free Lifetime (Anytime) Repairing Service

• FREE Lifetime (anytime) Repairing Service Warranty will be valid for lifetime after 1 year from the delivery date.
• Contact KHHI prior to shipping.
• You must ship back (pay your shipping) the product/s back to KHHI (Nepal)
• Products must be shipped back in the exact state of the damaged condition.
• KHHI will replace within 3-5 days from the delivery date and ship back.
• Warranty will be void if the damage is occurred from abuse if thrown, hit in metallic surfaces, OR if it’s damaged intentionally, by sheer negligence, self-repairing, used in extreme temperature and/or used in water/wet conditions.

This warranty DOES NOT cover

Products such as Regular Sheaths, Accessories, Accompanying Knives, Display Stands, Engravings and for minor rust/scratched/bent. Please carefully see the conditions applied to various warranties in the order to get valid. KHHI holds the right to accept or decline a claim warranty.

Similarly, this warranty DOES NOT cover Product/s damaged in shipping (by carrier). KHHI uses insured shipping services (reputed carriers) so product/s damaged in the shipping will be replaced/refunded/negotiated after consulting with the shipper.
